I was told the part to fix our air conditioner was ordered and in. An appointment was made with the air conditioning company to come out. They did not arrive because the part was not actually in and supposedly AHS was going to notify me that there was a delay.
They were able to fix our issues ! They covered our claims !

Greenway originally assigned but could not come for 8 days. I called AHS back and Agent reassigned the job to Best.
