I recently had to use the service several times for the month and all my issues were handled professionally by the service guys. My only negative comment is that when you ask for service on an item that has more than one problem it does not allow me to cover all those item in just one visit. For example, I had my fire detectors that needed to be serviced but they could only do one per visit unless i call to increase but to get to speak to a live agent is time consuming.

Years ago when we first joined AHS, the service was impeccable and excellent. But over the years we've gotten poor service from the companies AHS allow to service their clients. One time no one ever showed up to fix our problem and when I call, I have to talk with someone who I can't understand at all what their saying. Outsourcing your help desk is not good for Americans!!! They sent a man from Sears right away. He said my refrigerator could not be fixed. Home Shield sent me a picture of a GE to bring outs& I am happy about that. Waiting to hear from the company to deliver it. Have call a couple of times & left a message. They don't call me back. I called Home Shield & someone there is suppose to get hold of GE. Just waiting.
