The technicians came out on time. Completed the furnace replacement in just a few hours. Everything works great with no problems.
We had a roof leak and the contractor that American Home Shield assigned to come out and take a look at the issue spent maybe 10 minutes looking at the problem. They understood what needed to be done right away. American Home Shield approved the work to be done very quickly. The contractor showed up to fix the roof right on time and completed the work in a quality manner. The whole experience could’ve been better.
Oven went out. Called AHS…. Tech came and fixed! Easy peasy. I’m happy
