They are professional and knowledgeable. When they arrive they are courteous and respectful. They have always solved the problem before they leave. I am very satisfied with their service.

The work I have requested has been completed with out issue. Although for our AC it took 3 request to finally fix the problem. But that not American Home Shield.
The repair approval process took a few weeks. It's really great that they allow you to pick out replacement appliances from Lowes.
