This warranty includes the appliances/features important to me. Our first request for service, a re-key, was set up in a timely manner, and performed in a courteous and efficient manner by the locksmith who was sent.

was stress free experience! repair man call me every step of the way never had to call once was told when the part being order giving time frame when be in parts came in call ask could he come out told me he would call me 30 mintues before he would arrive time repair man was very nice this is the only company i have been with really gave 100% to homeowner

On my replaced dryer…I should have taken their generous offer of a GE PROFILE DRYER.. instead of accepting their cash offering of which I paid lots more for a Maytag Commercial dryer that the plastic squirrel cage motor broke in four pieces!!!! Bad decision on the three week old Maytag!!! I made a mistake!!!! American Home Shield technician was timely…knowledgeable..and courteous!!

AHS is a good warranty company as for my experience I only had one time of disagreement but it was handled easily the copay is lower than some other companies that I checked
