The technician was very courteous, certainly knew what he was doing and faced a very difficult time when it appeared he could not move the appliance to repair it, but after much deliberation, he found away and restored the dish washer fully. Many thanks!

i THINK THIS IS A DUPLICATE, i FILLED OUT ONE ABOUT A MONTH AGO. AMS has been very good to deal with, unfortunately my refrigerator has been ordered for a year now. The appliance store gave me a loaner, but I sure wish I could get the one I am trying to buy. It's because I have a specific size that will fit in my kitchen. I could get a larger, MUCH more expensive one, but it wouldn't fit.
AHS responded to every claim I had quickly. The contractors were professional and promo with their service. A couple of times I had some preferences with a claim. AHS worked with me to honor my requests with any hassle. Our home was built in 1961. I don’t recommend not having AHS. They saved me money.
Technician arrived on time. Made repair quickly and was very nice.
Provide my new equipment in a timely manner.
