I have been satisfied with the service from American Home Shield. The only issue I have had is the increase in my premium. I have received a few offers from other companies at a much cheaper premium with the same or better coverage. However, since I have been with AHS for 13 years, I decided to continue my coverage. I will continue to research other companies in the event my premium continues to increase.

I live in rural area and quality of handyman workmanship has not always good but understandably so. Professional work good. Moved to my present address and needed coverage for all things that may go wrong. Refrigerator replaced and took over a month but microwave was weeks. I feel fee per month increase too much every year but will stay with company.

Had a service check of my air conditioning and was advised there were issues that needed attention I don't know how to get in touch with Home Shield and ther fore don't know what to do to get service
