Love you guys!! When I call in for a repair it is taken care of within 48 hours. If it can't be fixed you all replace the appliance. You all take the headache of appliance repairs. Don't change a thing!!!

We had created a service request thru American Homeshield for our Samsung ice maker. It stopped working and they were great thru the process, that we thought took a little longer than we thought it should. But it was because they were being very thorough on the repair. In the end they ended up replacing our refrigerator, that in the end was a very rear and pleasant experience!!

American Home Shield is very quick to respond and assign contractors to help fix the various problems that we’ve had over the years. The contractors are very professional and do a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Very happy with American Home Shield for providing great service and support over the last 10+ years.
My experience with having my induction stove repaired thru AHS went great. It took longer than I expected, (one month) and I cooked on an electric skillet, microwave, and outside grill. I tried to be patient because I don't blame AHS if they order the part and its slow getting here. The part was expensive and took a good bit of time to put in so I am thankful that all went well. I am thankful they fixed it and I have my stove working once again.
