My monthly payment has crept up over the past couple of years for no explained reason. I'm on the phone now to see about getting it down or canceling. We were very pleased with the work of Plumbing 911 (Roto Rooter) today. The plumber--Mike--was especially courteous and professional. He worked extra hard at making everything tidy and leaving the area around the hot water heater in good condition. He took the time to show us some new features on this hot water heater. I've had four calls to American Home shield . All times they had someone come right away. Three times the item could not be fixed and I got a new one. The fourth time they didn't pay. So I am happy with three out of four.
Great job getting me my money to buy a new fridge.
I called in to have both the washer and dryer fixed. They had the repair company teleconference with us first to see what parts are needed. I like that part. The part that gets delayed is that AHS has to order the parts and then get the parts back to the repair company so there is about a week delay and I haven't heard anything from them in days. So we are without both a washer and dryer and stuck in limbo. Totally first-world issues so I'm not freaking but it would be great if we had an update status so we know how to plan ... read more
