Fast follow up fixed well
My ice maker wasn't working. They came out and replaced it, the next day still wasn't working. They came back out and found it was an electrical component which he had on the truck and replaced.
The video service call was wonderful and convenient
Technician was very good and knowledgeable regarding our problem. He ordered the needed part and it came as expected. Took him a short time to install it. He was also very courteous and was pleasant to deal with.
So far, AHS has been very very receptive and prompt to our claims. They have good pool of techs and I have to say, we are glad we chose AHS.
