My faucet was broken and needed to be repaired before the plumber could repair a drip that I called to place a claim on. I was told American Home Shield would reimburse me a portion of the cost of the new faucet, but when I called to get the reimbursement, I was told that they could not help me.
The service so far has been good but the service techs has been late or missed appts. But the coverage has been able to cover the cost of repairs or replacements . Thanks a million pete s
