They respond promptly when I request service, so I get help fast. They work with good contractors, so not only the service is fast, but also efficient. The website is very user-friendly, and attendants are very efficient and friendly too.

We worked with American Home Shield when we had our home in California. We had our water heater leak all over the garage floor and American Home Shield had a someone come out the same day. The very next day our new water heater was arriving and with someone to put it in. That was hands down amazing service and turnaround time. When we located to Georgia there was no question about what company to choose when it came to our home warranty. One of the best decisions we ever made.

There is a competition AHS & the contractors. Contractors have become salesmen. Contractors do limited repairs knowing there is still a problem. I've had contractors throw parts that AHS bought for the repair drown in the trash over the years with AHS.
