Great fast efficient service. Had to cancel a request because the people couldn't come out for a few days. Was able to do another request and contracted came out the same day.
Best experience ever with my air conditioner repair. Quick, fast & easy. The technician was amazing
I had an issue with A/C during a major heat wave here in Houston and AHS was able to expedite an emergency service call with one of their contractors the next morning and fixed the problem within an hour on site. We were very impressed with our first use of this important service contract.
They have come through with help when I need them.

because i have been having problems with my refrigerator for some time until it finally went out all together and i lossed everything in it the freezer too hundreds of dollars of food that i had just bought and i don't have the money to go buy more right nowthey should of at lest reimbursed me for some of it there are other home warrantys out there that do
Didn't get enough time to choose my appliance and was issued a reimbursement voucher before I made my selection
