I called to get a repair on my washing machine. I had a technician in my home within a day or two. He assessed the problem and determined I needed a new washer. A couple more days passed and I received an email with all the possible options for replacing my washer. I have never had any trouble getting service. I will continue to recommend this home warranty.
I’ve been with AHS for almost 20 years. They send reliable repairmen and in a timely manner. They’ve replaced my AC, two hot water heaters and are about to replace my 15 yo washer and dryer. I have no complaints.
I am very pleased with American home shield they couldn't fix my refrigerator so they sent me a gift card for a new one. Going shopping for one now
