They are very prompt and getting me good service. The contractors that are hired are very professional and great to work with and do a good job.

AHS has been wonderful, prompt and easy to deal with. However, I have been waiting for weeks to get my wall oven fixed. Nobody has contacted me, I think they lost me somewhere.

Quick response by both AHS and City Plumbing. The plumber replaced the part on e it arrived and it worked great for a few days and then it started the same problem again with the thermostat. I called City Plumbing back and gave them the part number, address, etc. and I haven't heard from them again for a couple of weeks. I have to reboot my water heater every two days or so. Please help.
