The service technician was very professional and thorough. No problems with service! I did have problems calling in for service. It was difficult to understand the person I was talking with. This is a reoccurring problem.

I bought a new fairly large house which was only 12 years old, but it had 2 A/C units, pool, spa, 4 bathrooms, etc. so I wanted to insure it because of the possible expense. Over the last 3 years, I have used AHS quite often. I had issues with plumbing, A/C, pool and spa. I have called AHS and have had pretty good success. The response has been quick, mostly they have fixed the issue and I only pay them $100 for each repair.
