The only thing I do not like is that when you have a machine that is 23 years old and it keeps breaking down and they come and basically put a band aid on it So far they have come out twice within 3 months for the same problem. And they even said it is old and this will keep happening. I am really considering canceling my contract And then just go out and buy a new one

We have been very pleased with most of the services we have used. the only problem was with the plumbing issued we had with our shower and the company that was sent out. I think I have reviewed Mr. Rooter in Abilene on that one. Other than that our other techs and companies have been fantastic with their services.
