AHS has been wonderful, prompt and easy to deal with. However, I have been waiting for weeks to get my wall oven fixed. Nobody has contacted me, I think they lost me somewhere.

Quick response by both AHS and City Plumbing. The plumber replaced the part on e it arrived and it worked great for a few days and then it started the same problem again with the thermostat. I called City Plumbing back and gave them the part number, address, etc. and I haven't heard from them again for a couple of weeks. I have to reboot my water heater every two days or so. Please help.

I don’t have a choice of service providers. AHS would not tell me how much they paid for the new HVAC so I did not know how much money I saved.

They seem great as home warranty goes. It is a business model rife with difficulty in determining value, and all of the hype in marketing even to current customers makes it seem as though value is not strong enough to carry.
