Switched to this company from another one - very satisfied with their service, with appointments and companies they have sent out.
I recently changed warranty companies due to lack of coverage with the last company and I did some research and chose AHS. And of course, only a week after the policy went into effect, my electric heater starts acting up. I made a claim online at 5:30am. Within 20 minutes, I had confirmation of the claim and the contractor information it was assigned to in case I needed to call them, which I did not. Very quickly assessed the situation and resolved the issue. I could not ask for more. He arrived in the window provided and was courteous and professional.
AHS has saved us from some expensive home emergencies! We’ve enjoyed meeting some of the techs too. However, the customer service could be a little quicker and more efficient. Over the summer, there were times I was on hold for 30 mins before I talked to someone :[

My washing machine problem was handled quickly and professionally by AHS.
I've only been a customer for 2 months and had 1 support call yet I'm impressed so far. AHS was responsive and the company they chose to perform the repair was very good and did the job right the first time.
Can't give 6 stars but I would if I could. Furnace stopped running when it was 25 degrees out at 3 AM. I went on line and it was all fixed by 9:30 AM. Couldn't have been better. Rick the heating guy was great!
