Got my check with in 2 weeks. My air conditioner went bad and they covered it no questions asked. I love this I have passed this information on to all of my friends and family too.Fast timely claim service. when we bought our house i didnt think this would actually do what they said but when we were broken in to it covered costs that our homeowners insurance wouldnt cover. it is worth the money to have.

When our electric box went on the fritz, they sent someone out the next day and the guy was at our house earlier than expected - which was great because we had no electricity. It was easy to pay for the deductible online.
