They get somebody fast to fix the problem
I always get a super fast response to any issue I have with appliances in my home.
We have used AHS for over 5 years now and have 3 properties with them. we have been very pleased with the results There have been very few times that the vendors they sent to us have not been absolutely thrilled with and only minor issues. in our most recent call ***** was our appliance repair company and the Tech Johnny C****** was tremendous. i do have one slight suggestion if it would be possible on the website, and that would be a place where you could add pictures of the appliance and add to the description of the issu... read more

Great service, worker on time new what was wrong went right to it.
We've only used them once, but the service we received was excellent!
VERY RESPONSIVE. We had our refrigerator fail and A/C fail on the same day. I filed two separate claims with AMS and their responsiveness to providing us with contacts for competent service techicians on the same day was outstanding. We are back up and running. Thank you AMS.
