Everything was good and they was really helpful and quick response to my need.
On Time and did the job needed, the problem was fixed and seems to be working at this time
Electrician checked the outlets that did not work and determined the problem and solved it quickly. Work completed within an hour.
We have used our American Home Shield warranty twice. The service in both instances has been excellent. A contractor responded to our home within 2 days. We received emails letting us know they received our request and also from the contractors. Both contractors were outstanding. We are very impressed with American Home Shield.
Response to service request was quick, technician arrived on time, and repair was done in a courteous, professional manner.
American Home Shield has been very helpful in getting our repairs completed in a timely and professional manner.
So far my experience with AHS has been very positive. We have had a dryer and microwave go out this year and bathroom faucets that leaked. They were all replaced or repaired and we are very happy with the services we have received. All in all a pretty good deal.
