I feel over all they are very nice and helpful. I once had a problem with ac. They never ordered the part.It was a heat wave and it took almost a month to get the part.The company provider could have purchased the part that day. They first never ordered it and then I had to wait for them to go through their own purchasing dept

I am sticking with American Home Shield. I am also glad that all the providers are trustworthy and insured/bonded. In addition the gentleman who made the repair was very kind to me. I am older, and not everyone listens and reassures me when I ask questions about the things that are important to me. He also told me that the referral covered 30 days, if I needed any further work on the furnace. That was very comforting.
