Very happy with how quickly I was able to get my washer fixed. But had an electrical issue with washer after technician installed a new motherboard for washer. It kept tripping the outlet out, so we had to plug in another outlet. When I tried to get an electrician, they charged me another fee. But it was still for completion of washer issue.

I liked the service, but the provider did take a long time to get back to me with service. We had to wait many days for someone to come to our home, as we live in a rural area. Once they did come, the service was excellent. When replacing the water heater, the provider did reach out and I was not able to return their call promptly and my water heater was cancelled. They did reorder and now I have a new one.

Although the technician assigned to our case had a medical issue which delayed our service, once a technician was able to assess our situation it was resolved quickly and professionally
