I don't like writing negative reviews but don't want anyone else to have the same experience we did. In summary, it has a been a long string of no-shows, promised follow-ups that never came, and lack of information in addition to not getting the promised services. A serviceperson came by a month ago and diagnosed that we needed to replace a part on our washer. Scheduled an appointment with us to fix it- no show. When we called to follow up, we were told he didn't have the part for the repair but didn't tell us or cancel the ... read more
What a rip off! They came out and serviced my freezer which cost $175. The warranty was only valid for 30-days, so no it is leaking again and they want to charge me another $175. They would not even waive the service fee for coming to take a look.

The young man arrived at the house, saw what I had said about our old oven and the cancel button, took off the control panel, fixed the cancel button, put the control panel back on, and I paid him and he left. I was amazed at the speed that he got it fixed, in maybe an hour. Henndii deservesv 6 stars, NOT 5. Just like Santa, worked quickly and got it done.
