If i could give them a ZERO- I would. I took a day off from work waiting for the tech to show up and the only person i heard from was the rep asking if someone showed up and NO ONE showed up. I got an excuse they were i. an accident. I scheduled AGAIN on a Saturday and again NO ONE showed up. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Called to have kitchen sink unclogged. Ad said “from $89”. Plumbers showed up and tried to scam me by loosening the compression fittings under the sink when I was not looking. Told me it was going to be $189 to unclog sink and fix leak (from the now loose fittings). I would never call AHS again.

Worst Company ever! Don't use unless you have all the time in the world to sit at home and wait for them to 'fix' your problem. I called on 2/8 to schedule a repair for my dryer. They scheduled me for the next day. 2/9 came and they rescheduled for another day. That day came and they changed the appointment time. Finally someone came out on 2/17. I am a real customer of these ripoff artists. I don't know if these other glowing recommendations could be for real. These robbers ruined my hardwood floors and won't pay for the repair. They are calling us liars and are giving us the total run around.

This company sent a repair guy for which I paid the $79 diagnostic fee. The repair guy who arrived and said I needed a certain part for my washer. He came approximately a week later with the part - this second appointment was not done through the company. I was just happy to have him come and fix it - I wasn’t sure if he was in contact with ProConnect. He installed the part charged me $180 (gave him a $20 tip) and he leaves. Made an appointment, it was canceled by American Home Shield ProConnect. Made a 2nd appointment, the repairman did not show up. Made a 3rd appointment, it was canceled again by American Home Shield ProConnect. They wanted to reschedule for the following week. No thank you!

Called this company three times to fix my Refrigerator, I was pretty dumb. The service guy was pretty much guessing every time he came out and never fixed it right. I have spent almost $1000 and the last time it quit cooling I contacted the company and they said they only cover labor and no parts. This is less than 2 months after they came out. I couldn't give them a no star rating

Stay away from this company. I agreed to have a technician check my refrigerator for $59.99> A written estimate was to be provided before any work was to be done. I made it very clear to the person on the phone that it was a rental and that there was a tenant. They had to call me to gain access to the building and provide estimate. The technician called me to gain access to the unit.Shortly thereafter he called me but I was on the phone. Arrived on time, repair quickly accomplished, price for repair....OUTRAGIOUS !!! $15 PART, CHARGED $169 DOLLARS, HOUSE CALL SUPPOSED TO BE $59, CHARGED $86.... TOTAL RIPOFF!!!
