NEVER AGAIN will I call this company for ANY appliance repair. On the afternoon of May 1, 2021, your repairman "fixed" my 3-year-old GE dishwasher. The washer stopped working 15 days after the 30-day warranty ended. The service wouldn’t warranty the work or the parts after $400 in expense. Avoid this company.
If I had an option I would give them 0 stars. They kept me waiting for 4 hours despite having a 2-hour window and failed to show. Technician called 3 times and pushed back the time, eventually failing to show. What a waste of time! Never booking with them again. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with another company for prompt and proper service.
We had a dryer drum felt seal that came off our 1-yr-old Maytag dryer. It just needed to be put back with adhesive. The tech instead told us that we needed to replace the whole dryer drum when there was nothing wrong with it. When we insisted that we just wanted to have the felt seal put back in, he told us the cost of the seal was $100 plus $178 labor but he didn't have the adhesive to do the job. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! Don’t use this raggedy company. I called to have my dishwasher fixed. Some regular dude comes in and starts taking my dishwasher apart. He claimed he found the issue and would need to come back in 2 days to fix it. 2 days later he returns just to put the part on that HE THOUGHT was the issue only to find out that it wasn’t. I booked a appointment for a plumber. I had a bathtub wouldn't turn off. They set a time frame between 10:30am to 12:30pm. 12:30 pass,no one came. I called them. They called the plumber that supposed to do the repair. He didn't answer the phone. They gave me another time frame 3:00pm to 5:00pm. I ended up cancelling the service. Call another company around 1:30pm. They came out right away.
Zero stars: Won't fix GAS LEAK with Water Heater Install! Thousands of dollars in Damages. Hired American Home Pro Connect (Serviz) San Diego to install a brand new water heater. We had a gas leak with days. So we had to turn off the gas so as not to burn down the home. The gas company involves the City. don't use these scammers. Their customer service is one of the worst I had to deal with. I made an appointment and a tech came out and said I need to fix my ice maker and damper to get my refrigerator working again. He told me since he is an independent contractor that I need to write him a check to order the parts needed to fix it. Believing his story because I made the appointment through the website. Customer for over 10 years I was with them for over 10 years. The quality of work is excellent. The speed of response for service calls is excellent. The coverage is wide and I never had any problem with them saying an item is not covered in over 10 years. Those are the positives. The negatives are: - They will keep patching up an equipment till the very end to ensure they don't have to pay to replace. - When they do have to replace the ceiling will get you a replacement but usually not a quality replacement.
