I would give ZERO Stars if I could. I hired proconnect to come and fix my washer machine. The sub they hired was rude and broke my machine to prove it was "unfixable". He ripped out piece of plastic from the machine that was not even visible. I asked him to leave. I called proconnect to explain what happened and they want to do NOTHING. I just need to wait. do not use this company!!! trying too get a refrigerator fixed 5 times .refrigerator is still broken and have spent over a thousand dollars on repairs for the refrigerator too be still broken . they were supposed too come out this morning and called and canceled 10 minutes before showing up.now my refrigerator is still hot and freezer is hot am going too lose all my food tryed calling them ask for amanager not available and left on hold
WARNING:They never showed up TWICE! Spoke on ph 7 times! They can’t connect to a supervisor! (When you call.) I was transferred to incorrect Dept etc. FIASCO.
I've had 2 service appointments that were cancelled at the last moment by ProConnect. The reason given was they had no service reps in the area. How can they book 2 appointments without service reps? I don't understand. I will never use ProConnect for any service repair in the future. I suggest you don't either. I had to schedule with another company that booked same day service. ProConnect cannot even book and keep an appointment several days out.
We booked a carper cleanser service on AHS, and scheduled our day and other cleaning services around it. Then 40 mins before the appointment, they sent a text and just cancelled our appointment. When we called and asked what happened and see if we can reschedule, the customer service guy never apologize for the inconvenience and basically just said an appointment could never be confirmed and it's a lottery if the pro show up or not. When we asked if we could talk to someone else, he hang up on us. Horrible customer service.
Cancelled my appointment an hour after scheduled because the tech had "car trouble". Made no effort to help set up another appointment that day or give me a discount for screwing me. I've now been without a working fridge for days
This company never came back to fix my dishwasher. Then the threatened me when I wasn’t willing to pay. Armando in accounts payable was awful. Abbey was nice. I’m trying to resolve it but buyer be aware.
The heating element went out on our dryer, they fixed it, then it broke 2 months later. I had to pay-again!! There is ONLY a 30 DAY GUARANTEE. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!!
