We did our pool with American Sale. It was not an easy process to say the least. From the beginning we were given the wrong pool parts-delaying our install date. However the American Sale office did their best in getting correct parts to our home as soon as they could. The installation part was the frustrating part. We do understand this is not American Sale’s part of the process, but American Sale recommends their installers for their customers to use. The installer cut the metal on our pool and hid it behind a brace after all summer am pool charged us to fix it the corporate people are disrespectful and lie I would never buy from them again
Will not stand behind their products after 13 months of receiving the patio set and it is peeling and rusting. American Sale has not helped to resolve this. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware.
