Disappointed so far! I arranged financing,ordered my pool, and set a delivery date. I called the store the day before delivery to see if we were on schedule so I could arrange the day off. A store associate said yes and later that day i received a confirmation email telling me i had a delivery window of 1:30-4:30. Make sure your home and dogs are put away. Really disappointed with the service we had in the Merrillville store. We went in ready to spend 4k on a pool. Not only could they not make that happen the sales lady seemed frustrated with dealing with us. With out nit picking I'll add that I didn't appreciate that I thanked her for her help and was leaving but stopped by the restroom first. I was approached after the restroom and told I was not going to be able to use my wells fargo financing anywhere else and she hopes that I know that. It felt like a last ditch effort to... read more

Still haven’t got a call back. Spent considerable time on the phone setting up hot tub service call. A week later I went into the lake Zurich store live, thought that would work better?? NOT Lovely girl took my info and put the service call into the system. That was weeks ago. Don’t really know what to do now / next.

Took over a month to repair the electronic control board. Totally unacceptable.

I wouldn't wish my experience with you guys on my worst enemy. That's how bad it was. I bought my pool table 5 months ago. Within that time, I've had to deal with like 7-8 visits from your delivery team (Not including a couple of instances that I was just blown off and no one showed up), about 4-5 visits to the store, several emails back and forth, several phone calls (Most of which I waited on hold for at least 30-45 minutes). We did our pool with American Sale. It was not an easy process to say the least. From the beginning we were given the wrong pool parts-delaying our install date. However the American Sale office did their best in getting correct parts to our home as soon as they could. The installation part was the frustrating part. We do understand this is not American Sale’s part of the process, but American Sale recommends their installers for their customers to use. The installer cut the metal on our pool and hid it behind a brace after all summer am pool charged us to fix it the corporate people are disrespectful and lie I would never buy from them again

Will not stand behind their products after 13 months of receiving the patio set and it is peeling and rusting. American Sale has not helped to resolve this. I will never purchase from them again. Buyer beware.
