There customer service are terrible. Their tech support are awful I wouldnt buy another thing from them. They never return phone calls and they charge you twice as much for replacements parts. Its another business going down the tubes. Buy your pools and hot tubs somewhere else!! Their techs cant fix a thing or give you advice how to keep things from breaking down even more.

Called to have my spa winterized. A spa that I bought from American Sales only to be told they dont service that model anymore. I bought it there but no explanation from them other than were dont service it and youll have to find someone who does. Thats like a new car dealer selling you a car then telling you that they dont service it. Would not recommend American Sales for any product purchases

Absolutely terrible customer service, Ive had nothing but issues with the installer that they hired and they wont do anything for me or even respond to my calls or emails! I will never shop here again!

Staff that we dealt with was not very knowledgeable on operating above ground pools. They could not answer questions asked regarding skimmer and vacuum and auto chlorinated.

I purchased a gazebo 2yrs ago and I am still waiting on my delivery to be completed, I purchased a 4 piece love seat a year ago, Im still waiting on the 4th seat. American sale are just a bunch of crooks who stole my money! From now on I will shop elsewhere.

Placed order for patio furniture in person in early July 2021 with associate. I was told delivery would not be for six weeks. I called third week of August and was told by Labor Day weekend. This company had no problem cashing all of my checks yet refused to return my multiple calls and emails. They illegally broke ground on my property without contacting digger and left me with exposed pipe and cut wires. Then I was promised an install on June 4, its now the end of the month and my installer told me the corporate called him and told him to cancel the installation and still nobody has ever contact me.
