Absolutely garage and useless ... bought a "fully refurbished" spa ... was told new pumps,controls and circuit board... then why after 9 months does my circulation pump go out and when asked for the proof from the work order ... they magically done have any... was I lied to? Noone is willing to help... don't recommend at all . If I could give less than 1 star I would

Hello ****. Thank you for taking the time to send us this feedback. After looking into this issue further, we have found that when you purchased this spa, it had a 90 day warranty on it. The 90 day warranty is issued by American Sale and not the spa manufacturer. When the spa was purchased by you, there were no defects in the pump as we would not sell you a defected product. There customer service are terrible. Their tech support are awful I wouldnt buy another thing from them. They never return phone calls and they charge you twice as much for replacements parts. Its another business going down the tubes. Buy your pools and hot tubs somewhere else!! Their techs cant fix a thing or give you advice how to keep things from breaking down even more.

This unfortunately led to the hot tub's plumbing freezing and causing leaks. Since the manufacturer does not cover this type of issue under warranty, we are unable to get the necessary repairs covered by them in cost. We understand your disappointment over the issue. Called to have my spa winterized. A spa that I bought from American Sales only to be told they dont service that model anymore. I bought it there but no explanation from them other than were dont service it and youll have to find someone who does. Thats like a new car dealer selling you a car then telling you that they dont service it. Would not recommend American Sales for any product purchases

Absolutely terrible customer service, Ive had nothing but issues with the installer that they hired and they wont do anything for me or even respond to my calls or emails! I will never shop here again!

Staff that we dealt with was not very knowledgeable on operating above ground pools. They could not answer questions asked regarding skimmer and vacuum and auto chlorinated.

I purchased a gazebo 2yrs ago and I am still waiting on my delivery to be completed, I purchased a 4 piece love seat a year ago, Im still waiting on the 4th seat. American sale are just a bunch of crooks who stole my money! From now on I will shop elsewhere.

I purchased a pool in May 2020. Was missing a post cover for the pool. As of today I still have no post cover and they have sent me 3 times the wrong part

Placed order for patio furniture in person in early July 2021 with associate. I was told delivery would not be for six weeks. I called third week of August and was told by Labor Day weekend. Labor Day comes and goes and not one word from anyone. I called last week and then am told by a male employee the patio furniture is sitting there. I asked why nobody at store could not even call or text me. The rep said I could get patio furniture delivered any day and I replied Sat. I was told ir had to be a weekday.
