Many issues with this order. My phone number was transposed in their system. The order was not found. The order was not delivered on time as the delivery truck broke down. The quality of the furniture does not equal the price. **************** calls go to an answering machine. The live agent never calls back.

Worst experience I could have ever imagined. From buying the pool to them expecting me to store it in my garage for a year and a half because they said you have to take it when it comes in or you'll get put to the back of the line for setup. Which was mid June 2021.. Then they promise it's 48 payments "from date of setup" yet it sat in my garage for as I said a year and a half and they want to charge me after sending out 2 contractors who could not do the job 1. the worst customer service, that I have ever received, anywhere. I purchased a pool heater. After it was installed, I turned the water on, to it, and it instantly started pour water out of the top manifold. I took the inspection plate off and saw that the manifold had a huge crack in it. I called the ************ store, where I purchased it, and I was told that they would have to have a service rep come out. I have a ***** Fargo credit line through this store and I was attempting to purchase a $600 plus item and was told that this location I could not use it unless it was a big ticket item. Why wouldnt this location choose to accept the purchase via the credit line I accepted. My husband and I purchased Castlerock outdoor furniture 7 years ago from the American Sale store in **********, ********. The furniture, on sale, was $5,000. Installed a pool two years ago spring of 2020 one we started swimming we discovered a nail sticking up through bottom of the pool. Contacted them by phone, store visits, contacted corporate offices with no exaggeration 15 to 20 times almost two years later nobody has contacted us yet.

Wanted to get a pool installed in my yard. Your store offered zero assistance. Also, the cashier on Sunday 2.13.21 at ****pm was more worried about her nails than providing customer service. We left.

Absolutely garage and useless ... bought a "fully refurbished" spa ... was told new pumps,controls and circuit board... then why after 9 months does my circulation pump go out and when asked for the proof from the work order ... they magically done have any... was I lied to? The 90 day warranty is issued by American Sale and not the spa manufacturer. When the spa was purchased by you, there were no defects in the pump as we would not sell you a defected product.
