Over a year ago, in February/March 2021 I believe! We ordered/purchased a hot tub and paid cash. Almost 5k!!! The delivery was delayed because of the cargo ships being stuck in the canal.. we finally received our hottub in late April. But it didn't come with stairs or a lidlift!! Both, we were told, were on back order for over a year!!! I expressed that we would need stairs sooner than that, as my husband is disabled and needs them to get into the hotttub more easily. Horrible job, they sold me a pool in the begging of May. Really quick delivery, with in 3 days. Then they said an installer would reach out to me with 10 business days to arrange an install ( which they told me in the store would be end of June-early July). Everything was fine until after about 2 weeks no one called, so I started to call the corporate office to what was going on. Its been horrible. Why well my expectations of your company were high thought one of the better places to go for a grill . The first grill came damaged missing parts . The delivery guys were ****. In a hurry didnt care about anything. Had to return that grill second grill just as bad took forever to get it when it was in stock everywhere else had to call mirrors checking on order. Many issues with this order. My phone number was transposed in their system. The order was not found. The order was not delivered on time as the delivery truck broke down. The quality of the furniture does not equal the price. **************** calls go to an answering machine. The live agent never calls back.

Worst experience I could have ever imagined. From buying the pool to them expecting me to store it in my garage for a year and a half because they said you have to take it when it comes in or you'll get put to the back of the line for setup. Which was mid June 2021.. Then they promise it's 48 payments "from date of setup" yet it sat in my garage for as I said a year and a half and they want to charge me after sending out 2 contractors who could not do the job 1. the worst customer service, that I have ever received, anywhere. I purchased a pool heater. After it was installed, I turned the water on, to it, and it instantly started pour water out of the top manifold. I took the inspection plate off and saw that the manifold had a huge crack in it. I called the ************ store, where I purchased it, and I was told that they would have to have a service rep come out. I have a ***** Fargo credit line through this store and I was attempting to purchase a $600 plus item and was told that this location I could not use it unless it was a big ticket item. Why wouldnt this location choose to accept the purchase via the credit line I accepted. I was forced to go to another location, which that store accepted the credit card though your store credit line. Your staff is also not welcoming particularly a female floor associate. My husband and I purchased Castlerock outdoor furniture 7 years ago from the American Sale store in **********, ********. The furniture, on sale, was $5,000. We were hesitant to spend this much money on outdoor furniture and the Sales associate, ***********************, told us there was a lifetime warranty on the set so we purchased the furniture. ***** is no longer employed by this company.
