Zero customer service. I know your "busy." Congratulations on a business that is thriving during these uncertain times. Perhaps you should take in to account your customers who are spending their hard earned money at your store? I purchased our pool on April 26, 2020, Tom was our sales person. I spent over $6,600 on my pool and accessories at the time of purchase. I paid the entire amount and did not finance. The pool was installed on June 3rd. I bought my pool in may after 5 weeks and no calls of I started calling American sales to get a install date I never got a return call so I then started showing up at the carol stream office once a week talked to both managers that of course are kids they keep saying we are working on it then I emailed plenty of times and finally got a date of 7-21 today is 720 after talking to the pool installer they said American sales just gave them my invoice and I am not on a schedule yet so now I have no clue when my pool will be insta... read more

I bought my hot tub there several years ago, and needed new filters. After MANY calls i reached them by phone and placed an order. Six weeks later no filters, but they had charged my credit cards. I reached a manager, who said they'd never charged me and had no order from me. He didn't respond to calls or emails. So I charged back on my credit card. HORRIBLE customer service. Shop somewhere else.steve *****

This company is the worse of the worse. They sold product to us and i'm reading on here many more without installers, delivered our product without all the parts and led us down a path of deception for weeks! We purchased the DELUX package and when the heat came from us on wanting some answers like when can we swim??... without my permission, American Sale credited our account (without asking) a measly 930.00 and told us to get our own installer. I Purchased a pool on May 25, 2020. I was told my pool was in stock and would be delivered by the first week of June and installed the following week. After the first week of June past did not hear anything from the store or the salesman Lance. I called the store the girl on the phone told me pools were 10 weeks behind.I asked to speak to our salesman and he told me it was due to be delivered July 1. I am extremely dissatisfied with American Sales. I purchased a pool package with deluxe installation from American Sales in Bridgeview, Illinois in early May 2020. The sales person Cassie assured me that the Pool would be installed by the end of May. I specifically asked if there was any delay in installation due to the Covid epidemic and she stated that was not an issue as they offered contactless installation and have been installing same week of delivery in most instances. We bought our pool on May 15,2020 and was told there is a 2 week wait for installation. AWESOME!! We received our pool and permit on May 20. Tried to get our sales person on the phone with no luck, called the store and they told us that we are on the schedule for installation for June 15-30. A lot later than we though, but understood because of how crazy the world is right now. We were told the installer would call us that week with a date. Purchased a swimming pool 5/16/20, was told it would be installed mid to end of June. Accepted delivery June 4. I called multiple times for an install date and couldn’t get a solid answer. I’ve now paid to obtain the permit from Joliet, paid an electrician for pre-work. After MULTIPLE calls and emails, I worked with Danielle at Romeoville, she got me an install date of July 1. Can I do zero stars? I have had a top of the line Hot Springs tub with non stop issues, and yes this is not on American Sale, but what is on American Sale is their support they offer. I have been calling every day for the past 3 weeks with either no answer or being told they have emailed this "Tony" guy, by now this guy has gotten at least 15 emails about my issues and has NEVRE replied or called me back as promised.
