Misleading and dishonest sales people. Complete bait and switch on items being in stock. Horrible experience.

We bought a hot tub in Feb of 2020. It was not installed until June of the same year. We were not able to use it right away due to a faulty pump (it was a brand new tub as well). The pump was fixed within a few weeks. Then we found out that the control panel on the hot tub was faulty. A technician came out to look at it, said it would take a week for the part to come in. 2 months later and still no part. Went shopping for a hot tub in Feb., found one and told the salesman Don K. that I had to get electric run and pad put down before I could order. Once this was done, Covid hit. Purchased a pool in the beginning of May. It was delivered a few days later. After being told it would be installed in 3 to 4 weeks, was informed it wouldn't be installed until the 1st week of July. After getting an install date, I go to my village to get a permit and find out that the installer is not bonded or insured with my town. American Sale should really have a much lower rating than "A" since many of the reviews are indicating that they have not been happy with their experience. Wish I would have read the reviews here about American Sales first. Bought our pool in May with an expected installation at the end of June it is now the end of July and still not installed. Cassie the salesperson person can’t even take the time to return phone calls finally spoke to the manager who is just as rude as the salesperson. Can only use COVID-19 for an excuse for so long Customer Service is ridiculous. American Sale bit off more than they can chew. We purchased a pool package in May 2020 and was told that install would be 3 weeks out. After the delivery of the pool which was 2 weeks from purchase, it was delivered without the filter. After waiting 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails we were told the filter was on the truck but not inspected.
