I really wanted to like this store especially since I called before I left to trek to Naperville on one of the most congested roads RT 59 on Black Friday weekend...I explained to the gentleman on the phone what I was looking for I was very specific colour style everything...he said he definitely had tons of them and a whole wall of ornaments. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our Christmas tree this year so we went to American Sale Friday night (11/18/12) to look at Christmas trees. The Store was about to close so we felt rushed into buying a $500 Christmas Tree. The salesperson was very nice, but gave us no information about warranties or return policies. GOOD PRODUCTS, DECENT PRICES, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We just ordered a patio set from there. I like it and it is good quality but they had comparable sets at Costco for half the cost. I thought the extra cost would be worth it to deal with a place that specializes in outdoor furniture and sets it up completely. I got the "premium delivery" option ($120) and when they delivered my set, the umbrella base was missing. Holy bad customer service! I am actually in this store right now being "helped" by customer service. Theresa, who works in customer service, didn't even say hello to me, she went straight to business. She called over Lynda for help and I swear this B&*** eyed me up and down the whole time I was asking a question. I would rather pay retail if it means better customer service.
