Negative 10 Stars for DESTROYING our property after we caught them in a lie- HORRIBLE COMPANY - HORRIBLE employees! We called to have our tank filled. We scheduled a time with Amerigas - didn’t fill the tank stating a dog was in the yard. Lie, our dog is 9 lb inside only dog and we have a fenced yard that is locked due to a pool so no neighbors dog was in there either. Horrible service from day one. I am constantly being billed for services not received. I cannot get a customer service rep., that I can communicate with to call me back. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I AM.

Actually 0 stars. AMERIGAS totally let us down . We had bad storms in our area 4 days ago and lost all power. We have been declared a disaster area. We though, have a whole house generator that runs on propane. Our tank was low so I have been requesting a refill for 3 days. Yesterday I was promised a refill within 24 hours. They never came and now the tank is completely empty. Now they say they will be here tomorrow. The temp today is in the 90°'s, tomorrow it will be over 100°. Stay away from Amerigas at all cost. Buy up small suppliers that were easy to deal with. Sent customer service overseas (Philippines) . Not easy to work with or understand. Promise of comparative pricing does not exist after first year. Price in now double the price of remaining local suppliers.

Amerigas is a rip off who treats customers with no respect. I got all the bills to back up my claim. End of November I had a gas leak in my tank it wasn’t caught tell January by me when I noticed they filled it twice with in a month costing me over $1000 dollars. I confronted them about the issue the best they could do is give me a few bucks off and then raise my lp bill to 3.79 gal to make up for it. I am being harassed by Amerigas after payment was made demanding payment. I have given them confirmation number and date paid multiple times and they are too stupid to get it right!!! Pathetic way to run a business, I thank God that I keep records!! Maybe Amerigas should hire me to keep their records straight!!

Hands Down THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We have had a 30-gallon tank since 2015. It has been a problem from the beginning. The gauge stopped working, and we were getting billed for deliveries that we did not approve of. So why did we continue on??? Because of a wonderful employee "Misty" and then later an understanding General Manager "Mark". They are terrible as a company that you have to rely on during the winter! They have now initiated a tank rental of $ 230 for the year, and my tank was so rusted I find it hard to believe somebody would charge for something that looked that bad. I always asked them if I was getting their best price and they assured me I was. Last year when I filled up they charged me $ 4.145 per gallon and this was before bad weather.
