We've spent thousands of dollars at the facility between grooming, boarding, and putting one of our dogs down. Our previous vacation many months ago, we boarded our dog and elected to pay for a camera which is an additional $8 per night. Unfortunately, the system completely failed during the entire stay. The excuse was the system was fairly new, glitched, though they later agreed to reverse the camera fee for that incident at pickup. With urgent care Definitely play up your dog's symptoms if you want to be seen quicker otherwise they'll keep putting other patients in front of you and assume you can spare 3 hours waiting around until they have a non Emergency to finally see your dog. Definitely either need more staff or a better system.
