Answering back to the business. PANCURE C Dewormer Was identical to the same one that I would've gotten from you guys and I had already spoke to the pharmacist about that. I had been out of town for work ( hence the reason i didn't come back sooner ) The doctor told me in her VOICEMAIL that SHE DOES NOT DO REFILLS for that Particular medication. Not only do I work a full-time job- i work 2 other jobs . One that i have to travel unexpectedly from time to time. So, while I'm trying to cure Joey of a parasite ( by the way ... read more

Nicole, Thank you for your review. We would like to address your concerns that Dr. Liu "upsold" you on a medication. You brought your cat Joey in for potential worms, we ran a fecal. This fecal came back positive for a parasite called Giardia. Dr. Liu recommended treatment for it with a medication called Panacur and Metronidazole. These are both very common medications to treat this type of parasite. We sold you two boxes of the Panacur for 6 days worth of treatment and it was $59, making it roughly $30 a box. There was no "... read more
What a waste of my time! I went on to their website to bring our dog into this clinic for a 1st time. I had to fill out all these questions on their website to get an appointment. (a standard thing to do) I then received an appointment and later that evening I got an email confirming the appointment and with a request to fill out a customer form BEFORE I arrive. So, I filled out all the same information basically on their website a 2nd time that I just did. A 2nd notice it was received. Then this morning, I get a phon... read more

David, It is unfortunate you felt the need to leave a review, despite the fact that you never received services from us. There is a message that appears when booking online that clearly states a deposit is required by calling us to keep your appointment if you are a new client. You have to acknowledge this message to finish the booking process. Therefore you were well aware of the requirements when our receptionist called you to collect the deposit. Unfortunately, the booking company we use, has not created a way to do onlin... read more
We brought our 6 month old Pom in after she jumped out of her play pen. When we arrived at the facility. The receptionist were great. However the treatment my pup received from the doctor. Wasn't great. She spent less than 20 second looking at the dog and said we needed an x-ray. We already knew coming in we would have to pay 205 for the x ray and 70 dollars for the office visit. The doctor then says she needs a pain injection. I was concerned with my dog having reactions to the medicine and she lets us touch her leg so we d... read more

Hi Nenia, Thank you for your review 3 years after your visit. Your Pomeranian was diagnosed with a Fractured Radius and Ulna. Based off the presentation of your pet, x-rays and pain medication were the recommended plan to start. Pets tend to act differently away from their owners especially when we are putting them in strange positions for radiographs. It is unsurprising that she was painful and may have tried to bite, since she ended up having a broken bone. As I am sure you can image this is already a painful thing to expe... read more
Not sure how to rate this. Been going to this vet for years, always took care of my 2 dog's. I know it was day after the 4th. My dog had a pancreatitis attack & they know my dog & how to treat him. I walked at 7:30 am when they opened. No one was in the waiting room. I told the lady at the desk, that my dog is very sick for 2 days. If I can come see the Dr. They know his history on him with pancreatitis. The lady said, I can give you appointment on July 12th. I said he's up with diarrhea & throwing up. She said you ca... read more
One week ago on a Saturday my dog hurt his tail and needed to go to urgent care. I brought him here to Anaheim hills pet clinic. They cleaned his tail did a blood panel and wrapped his tail, put a cone on his head all for $520. They than say I need to bring him in every two days to re-wrap the tail and it will be $56 every time. I bring him back on Monday re-wrap and the technician put the wrap so close to the end of the tail it fell off that night. I re wrapped it and we go again and get it wrapped again, another $56 buc... read more
As a long time customer of Dr Bogan I'm disappointed in the fact that only her assistant can schedule appointments. As much as this saddens me I will be leaving Dr Andrea Bogan's care which has been since 2006. Even when I moved 50 miles away I still traveled to Dr Bogan's care for my animals.

As a long time advocate for you and all of your pets, I’m disappointed to see this review and to hear your telephone conversation yesterday. The restrictions on booking my appointments are to make sure I have time to serve my long time clients like you, while new clients are scheduled with my colleagues. I understand you are concerned for the spot on Jag which I would’ve been happy to look at this week. I’m sorry for the inconvenience of 1 day to schedule but due to your response I have instructed Ty not to call you. That’s ... read more
Update to this review. After trusting my instinct and finding a new veterinarian, I was told proceeding with a teeth cleaning under anesthesia (as recommended and encouraged by the Anaheim Hills clinic staff) when my dog has a heart murmur could have had a deadly outcome and he should NEVER have anesthesia. Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic had no problem risking my dogs life just to make more money. It's no wonder so many in our community have left this office, even employees report the lack of care in this office. My phone and emai... read more

Brenda, Thank you for your response. We want to apologize for the experience you had with your pets remains. We have very strict procedures in place so that clients are called in a timely manner regarding their pets ashes. We will be investigating what happened here as this is never how we want the experience to go. We see that we saw one of your pets twice this year for Urgent Care, on the first visit you were contacted the next day for follow up and we were told that you pet was doing much better. The next Urgent Care vi... read more
I brought my little dog here emergently because he swallowed a needle. The staff in front were super nice. Unfortunately, this place has no empathy for animals and simply want to make money. I was charged up front almost $100 for a 5 minute Vet "eval" and another $240 for 2 X-rays. The needle was easily visible on X-ray, and was in the stomach. A simple procedure called upper endoscopy, where they insert a scope down the esophagus, would be the preferred treatment option. This procedure can be done quickly, with the scope i... read more

Dan, Thank you for your review. An object such as a needle stuck in the stomach is an emergency. It can migrate to different areas in the abdomen and cause much worse problems. As you may recall during your visit it was explained to you by our Doctor that she was not trained in endoscopy, so the next best option that she could provide you at our clinic, was an exploratory surgery where we open the abdomen (not the chest). For a foreign body in the stomach this is commonly offered. Endoscopy is not offered at all clinics, an... read more
I'm updating my review from 2 stars to 1 star because the antibiotics for my rat with the upper respiratory infection did not come flavored. It should always be flavored for pet rats. No matter what I mix the medicine with, she won't eat it! And It's not possible to force her, or any rat, to take this stuff. The entire appointment was a waste of time and money! Nothing they did helped, and I'll need to take her and her sister to see a different vet, because I definitely won't be bringing them back here. Goodbye $255 and 4+... read more
