Calicivirus was contracted at Anaheim Hills Vet Clinic in April. Dr. Nguyen performed the dental procedure. The visit with my 2 very serious ill cats was with another vet, she was terrible. She was the one that rescinded the recommendation to keep them both overnight. The technician also provided a wrong timeline for the fungus test and was dismissive. Had an appointment for my dog, it was for 1:45, at 2:00 I asked when will see be seen, well they went in the back, came out 10 min later and told me they cancelled the appointment because of well care, i was there for a vaccine, oh, we left you a message, and no i never got a message at all! I got a confirmation of appointment. I will never go back there, i was a regular customer, my Dog cried for 40 mins all they did was nothing. Don't go to that place not so helpful and they are rude and dishonest!!!!!!!!!!
After 2 years with this vet I am absolutely DONE with them. I drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment I arrive and they said I had to reschedule my appointment. Fuck this place. With the prices of gas these days these people want me to come on a different day. Absolutely not I am already looking for another vet. A phone call would've been better than making me drive for half an hour to be turned down from my appointment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

However, you were 15 minutes late to your appointment, and per our policy we may have to reschedule when that much appointment time is missed. We send out several reminders about this, and the policy has been in place since the end of last year. Price gouging! $96 for my 2 dogs anal glands to be expressed. $36 plus a new and improved $12 vet tech fee on top of the $36 so $48 for anal glands?!?! The same tech did both of my dogs and I was charged the $12 fee for both dogs. Time to find a veterinarian that doesn't charge a fee on top of a fee! SMH
I would not recommend Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic to anyone that loves their dog and wants the upmost care for them during an emergency. It was a stressful day for me taking my English Bulldog who started turning purple and couldn't breathe to Anaheim Hills clinic. When I got there I was immediately attended and my dog was taken back due to her color. I seriously question their business practices! They quoted me a price of $75.00 and when I picked up my beautiful Joey they charged me $85.00. They then told me that there was extra charges like rental payments of the facility. They asked me to whom I talked and of course I didn't get the lady''s name. I am a newer client to this hospital. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and the front office is pleasant but once I asked for a written prescription, the tone changed. They really do not like when clients ask for them. Literally waited over an hour and 20 minutes for them to give them to me then to see that they didn't even write the correct prescriptions because they "lost" my pets records I presented at his first visit. I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place if you are in an emergency situation! I brought my cat in because she had blood in her urine. The ER clinic opens at 11 a.m. My fur baby and I were there by 11:15 a.m. We were not seen until 4 PM! So my fur baby spent 4 hours in a carrier sitting in her own pee with nothing to eat and no water. We had an appointment at 10am, and we are still waiting. The girl at the front desk is rude and unpleasant and definitely not helpful. She didn't even acknowledge the fest that we had been waiting, never followed up or even looked at us. She should not be working at the front desk.
