Everything was great. My o ly complaint was the length of time to get my results. I expected the time to equal the time for my first dog; everything else went smoothly.

Very easy to use but we really expected Hard Copy information.
Our first dogs DNA answers changed twice so that was confusing. Also she has like 10 breeds in her but we understand that dog DNA is growing as more breeds are added. Our second dogs DNA came back pretty much what we thought..mostly great Pyrenees. The surprise was chow chow and pointer too.
She doesn’t seem to match any of the breeds it says she is. Would you be willing to send us a free kit to confirm the results? Thank you so much.
