Everything was on spot except for her traits.
Was really fun to see what breeds my little Perseus is!!
For the most part we thought Pet DNA hit the nail on the head. We did expect to see some trace lines of Jack Russell Terrier as that is what she most likely resembles right down to her coloring. Very happy with the process and results.

I was surprised how quick and easy this was from start to finish. We received our results a lot faster than expected as well. Knowing our good boys DNA, has actually explained some of his mannerisms. Which makes sense now. I highly recommend having your pets DNA tested. They even tell you the name of pups that have some DNA match to your fur baby that are close by and distant. Some even come with pictures, which I really loved. I am so glad we did the test!!

This was interesting. We took our Muddy in after someone abandoned her in a park near our house as a puppy. She’s now 8 years old. The vet thought she was black mouth cur mixed with something. This revealed she is Pitbull, Australian cattle dog, Labrador Retriever, Tibetan Mastiffs, and a tiny bit Boston Terrier. The report we got was very interesting. Lots of information with it. The first kit we sent off came back with no results so they sent another kit and we had to repeat the test. For both kits the wait for results was very long unfortunately. Almost 4 months from sending the first kit to finally receiving the results for the 2nd kit. Overall though I would be interested to do this again for our other rescue dog.
