I liked the fact that I was given choices on the type of loan I could get. For instance, I traditionally go with a VA loan for everything, but in this case an FHA loan worked out best. Something I never would have considered.
After having a not so great experience with a competitor, I called PennyMac to complete my loan process. They were excellent and we had no issues completing the process.
The whole process was quick and efficient. Everyone went above and beyond expectations
