The experience I had with Penny Mac on my house refinance one I would be glad to do all over again cause the whole experience was great. The time it took from beginning to end was right on time no hassle and very little work on my part and oh yes I would recommend them to my family and friends

Timothy Woods did a great job & had to intervene when Andrew Mortensen was not doing his job. I made multiple calls to Andrew to follow-up thru process. HE did NOT send me the loan estimate disclosures-Timothy had to.My loan docs were incorrect-set for impound when this was not the original request that I signed up; delayed the process where I took a day off of work & heard from Notary 5 min prior to my appt that she did not get docs.Made multiple calls to supervisor to fix.
From start to finish everything worked out phenomenally and extremely fast. vr eric
