Everyone was so pleasant and nice. Thats what you call a TEAM. They were wonderful.
Easy fast process. Very good internet portal. Great communication on requirements. Very pleased with the process and outcome.
There was a mix-up on what was supposed to be paid at closing. It took me MULTIPLE calls to PennyMac, the state of Oregon, carrier, and the tile company to straighten out property tax and insurance payments. It was tedious and not a pleasant experience.
