We were pleased overall with how quickly the process went. However, there were miscommunications, errors, and some of the required papers at signing were invasive and Beyond reasonable. Especially the last form that required us to sign that PennyMac could share our tax return information with its partners.
Refinance was handled in a professional and timely manner.
