Your employees are savvy and friendly as well as accurate and informative the best I’ve ever dealt with.
We were pleased overall with how quickly the process went. However, there were miscommunications, errors, and some of the required papers at signing were invasive and Beyond reasonable. Especially the last form that required us to sign that PennyMac could share our tax return information with its partners.
Refinance was handled in a professional and timely manner.
Highly recommend Pennymac! Was able to refinance at a very low rate. The team walked me through the process and they were able to answer any questions that I had.

Overall this was a benefit to me and not the best financial result for the company due to the significant interest rate reduction.
