Both of the individuals I worked with for my interest rate reduction refi (Kevin and Andrew) were professional, informative, and most importantly...they treated me like a valued client. The process took a little longer than I had anticipated, but overall, it was competitive, smooth and efficient. Great outcome; stress free experience...I'm very happy with the result.
Process took too long and the reumquest for document ts added to the co fusion. I would call Mortenson for clarification, but other agents always answered and none provided accurate info.
The streamline or irrrl va loan with Pennymac was worth the investment of time to meet any requirements needed to qualify. My Pennymac team was knowledgeable and extremely patient in working on the details of my loan with me. I highly recommend checking in with Pennymac for your refinancing. The one thing I was disappointed with was that I was told to pay the June payment and then was told on June first it wasn’t necessary. I have automatic payments setup for the due date and it was already on the way to being posted. Otherwise, we are very happy! Thank you. Christine
I got a great rate
Everything went smoothly except for the approval and closing date. I was notified that final approval was granted, then 3 days later (the day before the closing) the loan officer backpedaled stating that the employment verification was not complete and statements were about to expire which delayed the closing date. I made special scheduling arrangements around the closing and this delay could have easily been prevented had I been properly notified. It's not like something new came up.
Good communication process was easy.
The one survey question asked me about the communication from Andrew Mortenson. I put that at the lowest mark because never in the entire process did we talk to an Andrew. We only emailed and spoke with a Nicholas Purcell and Dalia Rodriguez.
