This was my first time refinancing a home. From begining to end all of my questions were answered promptly. Andrew worked with me every step of the way to ensure a smooth effortless ride towards an excellent home refinance. Could not be happier with such superb service. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Everything was promptly presented and accurate. I also enjoyed the mobile notary, he took all safety precautions and was professional!

paper work got lost a few times, or expired to many times. Too many people handle the paper work. Andrew did his best to pass along the paper work. If Pennymac can't get the info from mortgage holder ask the homeowner if they can get the info from mortgage holder. Big problem you have is WAY TO MANY PENNYMAC EMPLOYEES, HANDLE THE PAPER WORK. Our loan refi took 85 days to complete, part was due to Wells Fargo, part was due to underwriter needing same info , I sent just days before.

The company did right by my wife and I. There were discrepancies here and there but things were taken care of swiftly and accurately. Overall good experience.

We were very pleased with Andrew and Tate they both was very patient and kind. Every time I text or would call Andrew with a question I always received a return contact from him.The whole loan process with Pennymac was very easy and we would recommend this financial business to anyone who needs help.They will walk you through everything with kindness.
