Total waste of time. We drove over two hours to purchase a truck. The deal and finance was all done prior to our arrival. Then upon our arrival our salesman Ryan greeted us and we drive the truck. Great salesman great truck. Then enters Michael Barmes who completely changes our deal. He states he's unfamiliar with our deal and changes the whole deal. Thanks for putting my son in a car that was pure garbage.
When bought Nissan Rogue they stripped the bolts that hold plate on had to go back to dealer so they could fix and hour drive each way didn't offer me gas or at least a detail on the car for my time for their screw up never will I buy here again
Not pleased at all. Called yesterday interested in a specific car for my son. Was told it was still available and we made an appointment to see it. Made the 45 minute drive out to see it. We arrive and the salesman won't show us the car because all of the sudden there is some "issue" with it. Instead he has several options way out of the price range we told him. I am not impressed with Andy Mohr Avon Nissan. I was scheduled to test drive a vehicle from the used inventory on Saturday morning this past weekend. While Charles had the vehicle pulled around waiting that was about the only thing good that happened. I was insulted that the vehicle was not cleaned on the outside let alone on the inside. The vehicle was covered in dog hair, dust, and dirt from the previous owner(s). I had my 2006 nissan quest towed to andy mohr nissan in avon on tuesday for the service tech for a diagnostic test to be done to see why it wont start and why it shakes.they said it shouldn't take more than an hour to do. I get a call on Wednesday saying that it was the starter .so it would be like 410 to change it still not know if that would fix the shaking and then they can perform the diagnostic on my car.so i asked what did you all do then.
