They do not do a good job regarding tire repair I took my tire to be fixed there three times and twice they missed a puncture!! I had to go to tire barn to buy a new tire and couldn’t take advantage of the warranty that was bound by the dealership. I’m never buying tires or getting tire service at this dealership again!
Sell the car lot to someone else that will stands behind what they say.
They are your classic smoke and mirrors car lot. Save your time by avoiding this place.
They told my friend a price on the phone. He brought them cash. Then they told him a higher price after he drove three hours there to buy a car. That’s not how business should be done.
If you can avoid this place at all costs, PLEASE do. Andy Mohr Nissan specifically one of their financial managers illegally altered and printed a higher interest rate on my loan contract. If my father and I did not have a keen eyes and bulldog like spirit, they would have succeeded in stealing approximately $60 extra from my monthly payments. They were not transparent. Last time my “Express” oil change took 2 hours. Today I’m still waiting for my vehicle to go back and it has been 45 minutes and counting. Can’t imagine a scenario where I’ll be back, especially since it involves taking time off work to get here during business hours. 👎🏼
Ok I bought an 2007 Honda CRV for my daughters first car . Granted I only paid 5,000 for it it is already junk. The ac compressor went out which caused the engine to over heat . Turns out it had a warped head from time of buying it and blew the head gasket . This came from a very trusted mechanic. Either way 5 grand should last more than a year . We had a horrible experience there last weekend trying to buy a used car for my son. Sticker price was $6000. Paperwork said it was $6400. When we asked, Ayo the salesman, said it was for “fees.” Tried to charge us a $550 bank fee that the bank said they charge $150 for. Multiple lies and trying to hide fees and overcharging. Windshield had a large crack in center. We were told they would replace it at no extra charge. We were later told that the extra $400 on the price was for the windshield. Total sham. bought a car 40 days ago and cannot get them to put the paperwork thru to the bank so I can get the title every time you call, they say they are checking on it and will call you back but they never call any suggestions how to get my paperwork processed
