We purchased a used vehicle, and before we left we realized the key fob didn’t work. The salesman said it was just a battery. When I got home I put a new battery in and it still didn’t work. I don't expect a dealership to hold a vehicle that you were interested in, but I do expect a courteousy call that said vehicle has sold when you have a scheduled appt to see it later in the week. Drove over an hour and a half to see a vehicle that sold the day prior. Absolute waste of time and gas money. Then tries to show "next best vehicle". Absolutely not. I bought a new 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum on October 24, 2020. It has some acid rain spots on hood that I showed salesperson before we left lot. After thorough inspection next morning, realized it was really something. I have been trying to get the issue fixed since October purchase. Frustrated with dealership!

Our experience was quite awful. I was very upfront to the salesman that I wasn’t leaving the lot purchasing a vehicle that evening. My only intentions were to test drive and see what the trade in value would be on my current car. It was my first time test driving that vehicle, yet the salesman didn’t go with us on the test drive. was hoping to purchase a suv from this dealer but after 2 phone conversations practically begging for someone to help me with some information about the vehicle no one seemed to care in the least if they made a sale and potentially a new customer or not by not returning a simple phone call!! Shady. Trying to purchase a used car that was “on sale” for $12,500 but the original price was $16’995 and you would charge me a 7% tax on the original price and not the purchase price? Plus the $995 for the proof of certification for a certified car? plus the $590 documentation fee...... buyer beware!

Hi Ariel, looking back through your visit I see that the vehicle you were interested in was originally listed at $14,995 and that we had it discounted to $12,500. Unfortunately the certification fee is standard on all certified Nissan vehicles and is what Nissan charges for cost of certification. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in 2017 in which I have had the transmission fixed once and completely rebuilt a second time in March of 2019... the transmission has gone out a third time and they want me to pay $4400 to get it fixed. Why would I do that?! Nick refuses to work with us to trade the truck in at a reasonable price...I would not recommend or refer business to Andy Mohr Nissan as they are con artist!!
