After getting the battery changed in a key at the Andy Mohr location on Lafayette Road (For which they did not charge a fee), I took my wife's key into the Avon location and was charged $10.00 to get the battery changed. If I would have known the service would be so different between the two companies with the same name I would have continued to drive out of my way to get the batteries in my keys changed. At least be consistent...

showed up on time for my scheduled appointment to buy a vehicle already confirmed as available, informed it had just sold an hour or so before I got there by a rude haggish person, and the associate i was scheduled to see never came out. i wouldn't be mad if it hadn't wasted two hours of my husband's life but it did and you owe him an apology "NiCkBuRd" and a back rub. maybe a bubble bath as a pre apology for the next pos nissan we drive.

Well I love my Nissan Licks but.... I feel that the salesman thought of me as an old lady buying a new car. He promised me the moon included with the sale and a good review of him and I received nothing. You know...the extras. In the deal I was supppse to get a window tint...that never happened. Then floor mats thrown in....that didn’t happen either. Then later in a couple of weeks he called me to tell me if I answered Nissans review of the sale of the car ... he would send me a gift card to a local Avon, IN restaurant .... read more

Buyer beware- advertised pricing for certified preowned vehicles are false. Besides the fact that this dealer COMPLETELY wasted my time after I was very clear I didn’t want to drive an hour if there was no legit preapproval or approval and made it clear what price range/down payment range we were in. On top of all of that, they refused to give me the actual terms of my eventual approval (after sitting there over an hour) and added on a charge of over $1500 to “certify the vehicle”.

Hello . Went and bought a car 3 WEEKS AGO and not even 2 DAYS AFTER it started having issues, when I went and told Caleb dirbyshire he shrugged it off like it wasn’t his problem , and then his supervisor was even worse he was super unprofessional didn’t disclose anything to us when buying the vehicle and made fun of me and when asked about “lemon law” which is very much a thing here in Indiana , all I can say is don’t waste your time find a place willing to right their wrongs, or better yet find a place that won’t sell a car... read more

I will say, Jeff was an awesome, and understanding salesman! I just think the whole Andy Mohr name is kind of greedy. I understand it’s a business, and they need money, too. But don’t sit here and say “oh our finance manager **** is very understanding and easy to work with”. But when I get in there, everything is an arguing point. Like I already said, I understand there’s a business to run, but maybe be a little nicer if you want to keep customers. Especially the middle class customer.

Drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle that wasn't available after 2 days of frequent communication . Very disappointed because they couldn't or wouldn't offer something comparable within my budget.

Said a car was available for sale on 3 different occasions so we drove up to it. It was an hour drive just for them to say the car had a transmission issue.
