During my regular oil change, I ask them to take a look at my battery cable because I have had to clean it several times. I wanted to know what the problem was. I watched them clean it and I was charged $50.00 for that small item. I have an extended warranty but apparently that wasn’t covered. I didn’t ask for it to be cleaned. Every time I have taken it in they have told me my cabin filter is dirty and needs replaced but they have never physically checked it. They said my cabin are filter was dirty. I had just replaced it before taking it in for an oil change. They also said my front brakes needed replaced because they were at 3mm. Took it to another shop and they said they were fine at 5mm. Brakes were less than 1 year old. Have had this car in at Andy Mohr Avon Nissan at least 4 times and had good luck. Guess this time they were trying to make up for the covid market downturn.

With Nissan no longer having an Express Service, we do not pull the cabin filters out of the dash for inspection We simply recommend them at time/ mileage and service history. According to our records, it appears we have only performed oil changes and tire rotations on your vehicle. UPDATE: The GM Pat said he would clean the smoke smell out of this car. Thank you! 🚫HOWEVER: We dropped it off Tuesday and they said it would be done in TWO days. It is now Saturday and we have called the last TWO days and now they called back to tell us there was a miscommunication and they FORGOT about our car. We are hoping to have it back by next week.. 🚫 I do not recommend this dealership. Unfortunately they are very slick. may 12 arrived 8am for oil change tire. rotation. 45 min later vehicle had not moved ask why we are having some problems in the back. why was I not that? went next door out in 20 min.

The car was delivered dirty after they agreed to detail it. They didnt detail it after they promised they would.

Be careful of the prices and negotiation of your contract. I have had a few issues buying a car at this location.

Customer service was horrible. I purchased a vehicle with only 29k miles and they forgot to put the floor mats in it and it took the company over a month to mail to me. Lied about the condition of the tires on car. They were dry rotted and not safe to drive. They had this part of the tire hidden on the inside so u could not see the dry rotted part. When hard working families come to a dealer to buy a vehicle, the very least they should expect to be treated with respect. Andy Mohr Nissan did nothing but disrespect my family and I. We spent over 5 hours in this dealership after talking with one of their salespeople for over two weeks prior. He gave us a 100% guarantee of financing for a 2019 charger for $23000, with $500 down.
