D'Vne was extremely dishonest! she told us a car was ub excellent condition but it was rusty as can be! beware oftheir lying staff! it isn't worth the trip!
This place is a joke. They overcharged me on taxes and I have been trying to get the paperwork to fill out to get the refund but they refuse to send me the paperwork. It has been over 2 months and they continue to not tell me the truth. Do not buy from them!
I'm Very disappointed with Andy Mohr Nissan. I'm in the final months of a lease and was looking to go to another lease. They said I would need $4500 down on a RogueSL just to get me in my price range. They weren't even interested in dropping the price to make a sale and have a happy customer. I will NEVER NEVER EVER buy anything from Andy Mohr !!! And Andy, if you read this, feel free to call me !
Hahaha this was a joke we drove 2 hours from florence ky after speaking with someone about a car and when we arrived the vehicle was not what we were told. You would think after telling them we were paying cash you would think they would offer us something the manager acted like he could care less if he sold the car or not. So we walked out and will never return thanks for your service
I will never refer or go there again. I thought Andy Mohr was a trustworthy dealership I was wrong. After being sick and off work I was trying to get a suv that was dependable and reasonably price and payment. Well I left the dealership and that same day the wheels started locking up. I called them which had only been about 8 hours later. Took it back and they could not find anything. Got worst Went back again was told the four wheel drive motor was gone out. This is the worst Andy Mohr Nissan dealership I have visited. They do not Listen. They put you in what ever they want to and not what you come in for. I almost was forced into a leased vehicle that I asked not to even offer me a leased vehicle. Advised what was presented to me as the manager of this store that I was going to Andy Mohr on Lafayette Rd and was told I could not because they would hit my credit again.
