I found myself with my 16 year old cat Marley almost unresponsive yesterday. I called this hospital as I was getting in my car with her. They were expecting me. They grabbed her from me when I got there as she was struggling to breath. I had to euthanize my sweet girl as her heart rate was low and she was close to passing on her own. Excellent, caring staff! They take amazing care of all patients and are very kind when communicating, especially in these odd Covid-19 circumstances we’re living in.
I've taken my pets there for various emergencies and the staff is polite and caring. The vets are knowledgable and easy to talk with about the best care for my pets. It's not easy given all the COVID restrictions but they do try their best to accommodate.
Thomas was experiencing symptoms of a UTI and according to the internet it is imperative to bring a male in ASAP as it can be life threatening. My family wanted me to wait a day but the vet told me she was glad I brought him in when I did because his UTI was pretty significant. The workers gave me a heads up that I would be waiting at least a few hours to see him so I went home and waited on a phone call.
