I brought Hank in after being hit by a car. The staff was so nice and very informative EVERY time I called for a update (I called quite a bit😉) They answered all my questions with knowledge. After being there for 3 days and 2 nights it was such a relief to hear “he’s ready to come home.” Discharge was smooth, I appreciate the breakdown of the paperwork and clear instructions because hank is currently in 5 meds😬 Thank you AEH staff for saving my baby. He seems to being doing great 🥰

Business response:

Hi Alyssa, thank you for sharing your positive experience at AEH. We are so glad to hear that Hank is on the road to recovery. We wish you all the best!

Friendly staff greeted us and cared for our cat with gentleness, inspired confidence, and promptly helped our cat throw up a dangerously long ribbon, preventing a surgical emergency. We are very grateful!

Business response:

Hi Kimberly, we are so glad to hear that you had a great experience and even better outcome during your visit!

The staff was very empathetic and helpful. All instructions and cost were up front. My fur baby needed a blood transfusion. She was almost dead and the ICU did a stellar job taking care of her. As expected, the cost made me gulp. ($1,800) But remember, it’s an emergency and to have access to care 24/7 is worth the money. I highly recommend them

Business response:

Thanks, Deb! We try to keep prices as low as possible while providing a decent standard of living for our amazing employees. We know veterinary care (especially at an ER) can get pricey! Thank you for recognizing our wonderful team! :)

I recently moved in with my sister in between homes with my cat dexter. After lil over a month my cat got into a fight with the 3 other cats. He started showing signs of stress, so we moved litter boxes to help. That helped for a short time but last Monday evening I noticed he was trying to pee multiple time in a short period. So when I saw it again Tuesday morning before I went to work. I started calling around to get him in. They were available and ready by the time I got there. Not only did they get him in and out, he eve... read more

Could not love AEH more! Our kitty was very sick and spent about 48 hours at the hospital. She was so well cared for, and after almost 2 weeks at home she’s finally well enough to come out of isolation and sit in her favorite spot again. The staff here are amazing. While very very busy, they were always very patient and understanding and took the time to explain what was going on and what treatment would be. Pic 1 - the day we took Millie in Pic 2&3 - today

Business response:

How wonderful to see and hear that little Millie is feeling better! Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share pictures of her! We don't always get to see everyone's fur babies when they are feeling better but it is so uplifting for us when we do! Thank you!
